Cancellation Policy for Holiday Letting – Victoria Square Apartments

MID AND HIGH SEASONS

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the date of arrival there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $30.
If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the day of arrival there will be no refund.

LOW SEASON

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $30.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, there will be no refund.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS

When a booking is made less than 14 days prior to a planned arrival date, there will be no refund.

LATE ARRIVAL

Should you arrive outside of reception hours, we reserve the right to charge the same credit card the balance of payment. On arrival, all guests are required to provide a passport or drivers licence for current valid photographic identification. A security bond of $250 pre authorisation is required per apartment paid by a valid guests’ credit card or a cash bond of $500.00. Upon check-out, return of the apartment keys is required and payment of incidentals, the security bond will then be refunded provided the apartment has been left clean and tidy with no damages. Check-In is after 2.00pm & Check Out is by 10.00am. Should you decide to depart prior to your intended day of departure, there is no refund. If you are arriving after 2.00pm Monday to Friday, or 2.00pm on Saturday or Sunday please check your mobile for arrival instructions.

Please make sure you check in at Reception the following morning. The office opens at 8.30am Mon to Fri, Saturday 9.00am, Sunday closed.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE

Mastercard and Visa payments will incur a 2% surcharge.
Amex payments will incur a 3.5% surcharge. Surcharge is subject to change at anytime.

DISCLAIMER

At all times we will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

DEPOSIT POLICY

At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged 11% by eTourism Holidays and $200 by Victoria Square Apartments. This is the total deposit to be paid today to confirm the booking. This total deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. The remaining balance is to be settled on arrival at Victoria Square Apartments.
