What time is check-in and check-out?

Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require a $250 pre authorisation on your credit card, or a $500 cash bond which will be returned once the room has been inspected.

Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, please contact us prior to arrival. Instructions will be sent to you via text message.

Can I have a late check-out?

Yes, subject to availability. Please enquire at reception to see if we are able to accommodate you. After hours key return is located at the front desk.

When do I have to pay a deposit?

You will need to pay a deposit upon booking. Please refer to our terms and conditions on the booking page for details.

What are the reception hours?

Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 2:00pm
Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed

Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, we can book most Gold Coast attractions for you at reception.

Yes, all linen is provided during your stay with us.

How often are the rooms serviced?

On the 4th day for a 7 night stay or more. If you require additional room services, these can be arranged for a fee.

How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Surfers Paradise is only 5 kms away, however, we are located right in the heart of Broadbeach.

Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Broadbeach mall is full of great restaurants and shops within minutes walk.

Is there public transport nearby?

Public transport is available just a few minutes walk away, including the brand new Gold Coast Light Railway system. For your convenience, you can use either a go card, visa card or linked smart device to purchase your fare.

Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a Woolworths in the Oasis shopping mall opposite Victoria Square Apartments.
